Flame in the Game

January 27th, 2012

Looking for ideal gifts for the people I treasure in my life usually takes time, because I have to find the perfect gifts for them. I just have to make sure that the gift that I am going to give will make them happy, something they can use, and something that they will surely keep and treasure forever. As much as possible the gifts that I give are personalized or something unique and hard to find. Like just what I gave my dearest friend, I gave her a gigantic bear wearing a shirt with our faces painted on the shirt. When I give gifts, it does not necessarily have to be expensive, I can always make a little effort in creating something, like an album, a scrap book, etc. But, when it comes to giving gifts to the kids, I am more particular because I make sure that what I give them are something that they can learn from and use. I give them toys that are fun and at the same time educational. Like last Christmas, I gave young Mark two sets of electronic kits. Mark knows how to handle those kind of electronic kits , and for sure he will know more about electricity when he tries to play with them. Little Mark told me that the kits that I gave him really helped him understand about electricity and electronics. The kit includes wires, manuals and many more that can explain to beginners and kids how electricity works. For young girls, I love giving them books so that they will love reading and puzzles so that they can exercise their minds. I do not like to give my nieces Barbie dolls because for me, those dolls only teach young girls to be materialistic. Anyway, the price of the gifts really do not matter, it is the thought that always counts.
